I Have Received Damaged Product
If you have received a damaged product, you are requested to inform us with some clear visible images of the product which you have received along with the package condition. Once our team receives these images along with your request we will investigate and if your claim is accepted a free replacement unit will be dispatched as per our shipping policies.
Shipping Information
We ship the products within 72 working hours via FedEx priority overnight services to all the destination where FedEx operates directly. In case your location is not serviceable than we will notify you either email or via a phone call for an alternate shipping location. If your location is not serviceable via FedEx we will refund the order amount within next 72 working hours via original payment method of your order.
Offer Details
Every product has it's own offer details and we do not provide a refund, returns, exchanges on the product which are on sale offer such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or any other offer.

Transit Damage Replacement is given when you have received the product in a damaged condition. You must submit the request along with the images of the damaged product and damaged package box.
